Carousel

Another one of my own images for this weeks post. Its the end of term so my first two projects need to be handed in! This is my final image for the digital imaging and studio practice project. The brief was to create an image using the theme incongruous, but we had to shoot at least one image on location and one in the studio.

Location shot : in a park using trees as the background image and also the photo of the Bournemouth carousel.

Studio : Flic putting on makeup and wearing big fur coat.

i wanted my overall image to give a slightly mysterious and magical feeling to it but at the same time i was aiming for it to look quite realistic. i feel i did well with this and i love the final outcome, especially the warm colours of the carousel against the cold colours of the trees and sky.

This project was digital based and we learn a lot of photoshop skills to produce our images which i really enjoyed!
